We are an Independent team of Qualified Domestic Energy Assessors. (DEA’s).

We provide Energy Performance Certificates (EPC’s) for inclusion in HIP’s (Home Information Packs).

We also supply the entire HIP together with our partner Quidos.

HIP's are now mandatory with sales of all homes in England and Wales.

We are based in Dorset but cover parts of neighbouring counties as well.

We are customer focused and strive to meet customer expectations in terms of quality and fast delivery of EPC’s and HIP's.
